Quotation request

1. The Central Bank of the Republic of Azerbaijan is holding a quotation request for the procurement of the Media monitoring service in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan ‘on Public procurements.’

2. Bids will be opened at 17.00, on 23 October 2024 on the single Internet portal for public procurements (https://etender.gov.az/) (hereinafter – Portal).

3. According to the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan ‘on Public Procurements’, the quotation request is conducted among micro and small-sized suppliers and only their bids will be evaluated.

4. Interested parties may obtain the Request for Proposals (RFP) by paying a fee of AZN48.78 (forty-eight manats and seventy-eight gapiks) through the Portal.

The participation fee is refundable upon the bidder’s request if the procurement process is canceled, and no re-procurement is conducted.

5. To be eligible bidders should submit their bids and required documents through the Portal until 17.00, 23 October 2024.

6. The commencement date: from the day of signing the procurement agreement.

7. Supply of the service: within 1 (one) year after signing the procurement agreement.

8. Evaluation criteria: price factor.

9. Bidders may get all tender-related enquiries and explanations only via the Portal.

Bidders can watch opening and evaluation of bidders via the Portal.
