In accordance with the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan "On Public Procurement", the Central Bank of the Republic of Azerbaijan (90 R. Behbudov Str., Baku city) is holding an open tender for the procurement of vehicle maintenance and repair services.

1. The bids will be opened at 00, on 6 November 2024 over the single e-portal for public procurement (https://etender.gov.az/) (hereinafter – Portal).
2. Interested contractors may obtain the bidding documents for participation in the tender by paying the participation fee worth 250 (two hundred fifty) manat through the Portal in accordance with law.

The participation fee will be refunded at the bidder's request if the procurement is canceled and the service procured is not re-procured.

4. In order to be eligible for participation, bidders should submit their bids via the Portal by 17:00, 6 November 2024 along with the required documents.
5. Commencement of the procurement: from the date of signing the procurement contract.
6. Term of delivery of the service: within 1 (one) year from the signing of the procurement contract.
7. Evaluation criteria: price factor.
8. Bidders may get all procurement related enquiries and explanations only via the Portal.

Bidders can watch opening and evaluation of the bids via the Portal.
