Overview of regulatory frameworks for different areas of business environment and e-services

5 November 2024: The Overview summarizes the necessary information on regulatory norms and e-government services in various areas of the business environment. The relevant sections of the Overview have been developed by the working groups under the leadership of the relevant government agencies of the Commission on Business Environment and International Rankings. The aim is to raise awareness among business representatives and other stakeholders about the legal and administrative aspects of using public services (electricity, internet and water), financial services, international trade, dispute resolution, commodity market and competition, construction and other areas.
