In the open tender for the procurement of postal (courier) services by the Central Bank of the Republic of Azerbaijan held on 03.09.2024, all contractors are excluded from the tender in accordance with paragraphs 35.1, 35.1.1 and 35.1.7 of the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan "On Public Procurement" and the tender is cancelled in accordance with Article 36 of the Law.
