Information from the Central Bank of the Republic of Azerbaijan on revocation of the license of Plato Capital and Co. Investment Company OJSC

12 December 2024, Baku: The Management Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Azerbaijan, by its decision of 12 December 2024, revoked the license of Plato Capital and Co Investment Company Open Joint-Stock Company in accordance with Article 70.1.6 of the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan ‘on the Securities Market’ due to non-compliance with binding instructions from the Central Bank regarding the elimination of violations in its activities. 

We would like to inform you that the investment company whose license is revoked in accordance with Article 70.3 of the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan ‘on the Securities Market’ is liquidated in accordance with the Civil Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
