Information on revoked insurance licenses

13 December 2024, Baku – In accordance with Article 107.1.1 of the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan ‘on Insurance Activity’, the Management Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Azerbaijan with its decision of 10 December 2024 revoked Insurance License No 000251 dated 4 September 2009 issued to Baki Sigorta Open Joint-Stock Company based on a voluntary request.

Current financial indicators of Baki Sigorta OJSC demonstrate its ability to fulfill all liabilities in a timely and complete manner. The liquidation process of the Company will be monitored within the framework of the legislation of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
