The open tender held by the Central Bank of the Republic of Azerbaijan on 01.02.2024 for the procurement of the service of conducting an image research survey was cancelled according to the decision of the Central Bank to suspend financing of the  procurement and by the Decision of the State Antimonopoly and Consumer Market Supervision Service under the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated September 11, 2024, No. AIBNDX/SQ-8265/2024, in accordance with Article 36.3 of the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan ‘On Public Procurement’.
