The Central Bank of the Republic of Azerbaijan and Mr. Rashad Bayramov  (TIN:1004066012) signed the Procurement Agreement No.12/2/25 in the amount of 11,600 (eleven thousand six hundred) manats (including taxes) for the purchase of Crisis Communication and Face-to-Face Media Training Services using the single source procurement method on the basis of the approval of the State Service for Antimonopoly and Consumer Market Supervision.
