1. In accordance with the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan "On Public Procurement", the Central Bank of the Republic of Azerbaijan (90 R. Behbudov Str., Baku city) is holding an open tender for the purchase of real estate, vehicle, and spare parts appraisal service.

2. The bids will be opened at 17.00, on 10 April 2025 over the single e-portal for public procurement (https://etender.gov.az/) (hereinafter – Portal).

3. Interested contractors can obtain the terms and conditions for participating in the tender by paying the participation fee of 46.15 (forty-six manat fifteen gapik) manat through the portal in accordance with the law.

If the purchase is cancelled and the purchased items are not repurchased, the participation fee will be refunded upon the contractor’s request.

4. In order to be eligible for participation, contractors should submit their bids via the Portal by 17:00, 10 April 2025 along with the required documents.

5. Commencement: from the date of signing the procurement agreement.

6. Service delivery: within 30 (thirty) days from the date of signing the procurement agreement.

7. Evaluation criteria: price factor.

8. Bidders may get all procurement related enquiries and explanations only via the Portal.

Bidders can watch opening and evaluation of the quotes via the Portal.
