Request for quotatıon

1. In accordance with the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan "On Public Procurement", the Central Bank of the Republic of Azerbaijan is conducting a request for quotation (RFQ) for the procurement of dismantling and assembly works of UPS equipment in the administrative buildings of the Central Bank and other related works.

2. The quotations will be opened on 15 April 2025 at 17.00 through the single e-portal for public procurement (https://etender.gov.az/) (hereinafter – Portal).

3. In accordance with the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan “On Public Procurement”, micro and small businesses may participate in the quotation request and only their quotations will be evaluated.

4. Interested contractors may obtain the RFQ terms and conditions for participation in the RFQ by paying the participation fee worth 49.03 (forty-four manat three gapik) manat through the Portal in accordance with law.

The participation fee will be refunded upon the contractor's request if the procurement is cancelled and the procured items are not reprocured.

5. In order to be eligible for participation, suppliers should submit their quotations via the Portal by 17:00, 15 April 2025 along with the required documents.

6. Commencement of the procurement: from the date of signing the procurement agreement.

7. Term of performance: within 25 (twenty five) business days from the signing of the procurement agreement.

8. Evaluation criteria: price factor.

9. Contractors may get all procurement related enquiries and explanations only via the Portal.

Participants of the RFQ can follow the opening and evaluation of quotations via the Portal.
