Central Bank Governor meets winners of fourth Yukselish competition

17 March 2025: Governor of the Central Bank Taleh Kazimov reseived the winners of the fourth Yukselish competition Sanan Mustafayev and Ismail Huseynov within the mentoring program.

Mr. Kazimov congratulated the winners and expressed his confidence that they would continue to succeed in their future endeavors. The meeting reviewed the winners' personal development plans and opportunities to participate in a number of important initiatives.

Then there was an exchange of views on the future development prospects of the winners, the improvement of their personal and professional skills, as well as possible perspectives in the areas of activity of the Central Bank.

In turn, the winners of the fourth Yukselish competition thanked Taleh Kazimov for the opportunity and warm welcome given within the framework of the mentoring program. They also shared their expectations from the mentoring program and future goals.

It should be noted that the Yukselish competition was established by the decree of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan signed on July 26, 2019. The competition is open to citizens of the Republic of Azerbaijan aged 21-51, with two years of management experience and higher education. The competition consists of 5 stages - registration, online selection, personal interview, semi-final and final. The winners of the competition will receive a one-year personal development plan from management leaders (https://yukselish.az/mentors.html) and a self-development grant of 20 thousand manats each.

To note, on December 18, 2024,  President of the Republic of Azerbaijan signed an order on holding the fifth Yukselish competition.
