Central Bank issues e-money institution license to Guavapay LLC

16 April 2025, Baku: The Central Bank is considering applications from institutions to obtain payment service licenses in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan “On Payment Services and Payment Systems”. As part of the ongoing process, the Central Bank Management Board decided to issue a perpetual e-money institution license to Guavapay LLC on 9 April 2025.
