Central Bank meets with representatives of joint-stock companies

24 April 2025, Baku: An open mic meeting with the participation of representatives of a number of joint stock companies was held at the Central Bank together with the National Depository Center.

During the meeting, important information was presented on the improvement of corporate governance in joint-stock companies, preparation of annual reports of issuers in accordance with the legislation, convening of general meetings of shareholders and implementation of activities of companies in accordance with the legislation. Questions raised by representatives of joint-stock companies were answered.

It should be noted that earlier the Central Bank held awareness-raising meetings with representatives of joint-stock companies in several regions.

These initiatives aimed at protecting investors' rights will continue.
