25 April 2025, Baku: In accordance with Article 25.1.1 of the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan "On Non-Bank Credit Institutions", License No. BKT-29 dated 01.11.2014 issued to Premier Credit Non-Bank Credit Institution LLC was revoked by the Resolution of the Management Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated 23.04.2025 based on the application of Premier Credit Non-Bank Credit Institution LLC for voluntary termination of the license.

In accordance with Article 25.4 of the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "On Non-Bank Credit Institutions", a non-bank credit institution ceases its activities from the date of the entry into force of the resolution on withdrawal of its license and is liquidated in accordance with the procedure established by the Civil Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
