Central Bank holds presentation on preparing prospectuses

25 April 2025, Baku: As part of the measures taken to develop the capital market, the Central Bank held a presentation on April 24 on the topic of "Most Common Deficiencies in Prospectuses".

The event, which was attended by representatives of investment companies operating in the country, focused on the most common deficiencies in issue prospectuses and their practical examples. It also provided important information on analyzing these deficiencies in relation to the requirements of regulatory legal acts, as well as recommendations on the correct and complete preparation of issue documents.

The goal of the event was to improve the quality of prospectuses, make the issuance process more efficient and transparent, and raise awareness among issuers and investment companies. The presentation included discussions on practical approaches and answers to participants' questions.

The organization of such educational events by the Central Bank is an effective way of communicating the issuance process and attracting new issuers to the capital market.
