Request for quotatıon

1. In accordance with the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan "On Public Procurement", the Central Bank of the Republic of Azerbaijan (90 R. Behbudov Str., Baku city) is holding a quotation request for the purchase of a service to conduct a trust index and financial literacy survey.

2. Quotations will be opened at 17.00, on 30 May 2025 over the single e-portal for public procurement (https://etender.gov.az/) (hereinafter – Portal).

3. In accordance with the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan “On Public Procurement”, micro-, small- and medium-sized businesses may participate in the quotation request and only their quotations will be evaluated.

4. Interested contractors may obtain the RFQ terms and conditions for participation in the RFQ by paying the participation fee worth 123.44 (one hundred twenty-three manat and forty-four gapik) manat through the Portal in accordance with law.

If the purchase is canceled and the purchased items are not repurchased, the participation fee will be refunded upon the contractor’s request.

5. In order to be eligible for participation, contractors should submit their quotations via the Portal by 17:00 on 30 May 2025 along with the required documents.

6. Commencement of the procurement: from the date of signing the procurement agreement.

7.Term of delivery of the service: within 45 (forty five) days from the signing of the procurement agreement.

8. Evaluation criteria: price factor.

Contractors may submit all procurement-related inquiries and requests for explanations via the Portal only.

Contractors can watch the opening and evaluation of quotations via the Portal.
