Central Bank expands opportunities for receiving citizens

13 June 2025, Baku: The Central Bank places special importance on citizen satisfaction and the accessibility of communication tools. The Bank constantly pays attention to the efficient operation of application channels. Since April of this year, electronic applications have been submitted to the Central Bank via the myGov platform to ensure prompt processing and response.
The latest innovation is an online queue system integrated into the myGov platform that allows citizens to get a place in line without coming to the Central Bank. Citizens enter the date, time, and contact information for their visit to the Central Bank in the "New Reservation" section of the system. On the appointed date and time, the citizen comes to the relevant "Reception Room" at the Central Bank and enters the SMS confirmation code received in advance into the queue system. The system then provides the citizen with a queue number. According to the queue number, a meeting with a responsible Central Bank employee is arranged.
The "Cancel Reservation" section on the myGov platform allows citizens to cancel an online queue that they have obtained.
