1. In accordance with the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan "On Public Procurement", the Central Bank of the Republic of Azerbaijan (90 R. Behbudov Str., Baku city) is holding an open tender for the purchase of a data integrity monitoring software license subscription.
2. The bids will be opened at 17:00, on 31 July 2025 over the single e-portal for public procurement (https://etender.gov.az/) (hereinafter – Portal).
3. Interested contractors may obtain the bidding documents for participation in the tender by paying the participation fee worth 64.72 (sixty-four manat seventy-two gapik) manat through the Portal in accordance with law.

If the purchase is canceled and the purchased items are not repurchased, the participation fee will be refunded upon the bidder’s request.

4. In order to be eligible for participation, bidders should submit their bids via the Portal by 17:00 on 31 July 2025 along with the required documents.
5. Commencement of the procurement: from the date of signing the procurement agreement.
6. Delivery of the service: Within 45 (forty-five) business days from the date of signing the purchase agreement.
7. Evaluation criteria: price factor.
8. Bidders may get all procurement related enquiries and explanations only via the Portal.

Bidders can watch opening and evaluation of the bids via the Portal.
