1. In accordance with the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan "On Public Procurement", the Central Bank of the Republic of Azerbaijan (90 R. Behbudov Street, Baku) is conducting an open tender for quotation (RFP) for the procurement of DNS security service subscription.
2. The bids will be opened at 00, on 1 August 2025 over the single e-portal for public procurement (https://etender.gov.az/) (hereinafter – Portal).
3. Interested contractors may obtain the tender terms and conditions for participation in the tender by paying the participation fee worth 21 (one hundred seventy-two manat twenty-one gapik) manat through the Portal in accordance with the Law.

The participation fee will be refunded upon request if the procurement is canceled and the procured items are not re-procured.

4. In order to be eligible for participation, contractors should submit their bids via the Portal by 18:00, 1 August 2025 along with the required documents.
5. Commencement of the procurement: from the date of signing the procurement agreement.
6. Delivery of the service: within 45 (forty five) business days from the date of signing the procurement agreement.
7. Evaluation criteria: price factor.
8. Contractors may get all procurement related enquiries and explanations only via the Portal.

Partcipants of the tender can watch opening and evaluation of bids via the Portal.
