Central Bank cancelled the service for issuing e-money and executing payment transactions with e-money from Modenis LLC's license granted to provide payment services

18 July 2025, Baku: The Central Bank of the Republic of Azerbaijan granted Modenis LLC (the Organization) license number EPT-003 on June 05, 2024 for acquiring payment transactions, issuing e-money, and executing payment transactions with e-money. The Management Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Azerbaijan cancelled the payment service for issuing e-money and executing payment transactions with e-money from the license by its decsion dated July 17, 2025, based on the Organization’s application.

The Organization will continue its activities as a payment organization.
