1. In accordance with the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan "On Public Procurement", the Central Bank of the Republic of Azerbaijan (90 R. Behbudov Street, Baku) is conducting an open tender for the procurement of the technical support service for video surveillance and card access systems, as well as barriers, operated in the administrative buildings of the Central Bank of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

2. The bids will be opened at 17.00, on 11 August 2025 over the single e-portal for public procurement (https://etender.gov.az/) (hereinafter – Portal).

3. Interested contractors may obtain the tender terms and conditions for participation in the tender by paying the participation fee worth 250 (two hundred fifty manat) manat through the Portal in accordance with the Law.

The participation fee will be refunded upon request if the procurement is canceled and the procured items are not re-procured.

4. In order to be eligible for participation, contractors should submit their bids via the Portal by 17:00, 11 August 2025 along with the required documents.

5. Commencement of the procurement: from the date of signing the procurement agreement.

6. Delivery of the service: within 1 (one) year from the date of signing the procurement agreement.

7. Evaluation criteria: price factor.

8. Contractors may get all procurement related enquiries and explanations only via the Portal.

Partcipants of the tender can watch opening and evaluation of bids via the Portal.
