Request for quotatıon

1. In accordance with the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan "On Public Procurement", the Central Bank of the Republic of Azerbaijan conducts a request for quotation (RFQ) for the procurement of maintenance services for automatically controlled blinds and courtyard entrance doors.

2. The quotations will be opened at 17.00, on 14 August 2025 over the single e-portal for public procurement (https://etender.gov.az/) (hereinafter – Portal).

3. In accordance with the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan “On Public Procurement”, micro, small and medium enterprises may participate in the quotation request and only their quotations will be evaluated.

4. Interested contractors may obtain the RFQ terms and conditions for participation in the RFQ by paying the participation fee worth 22.48 (twenty-two manat forty eight gapik) manat through the Portal in accordance with law.

The participation fee will be refunded upon the contractor's request if the procurement is cancelled and the purchased items are not repurchased.

5. In order to be eligible for participation, contractors should submit their quotations via the Portal by 17:00, 14 August 2025 along with the required documents.

6. Commencement of the procurement: from the date of signing the procurement agreement.

7. Term of delivery: within 1 (one) year from the date of signing the procurement agreement.

8. Evaluation criteria: price factor.

9. Contractors may get all procurement related enquiries and explanations only via the Portal.

Partcipants of the RFQ can watch opening and evaluation of quotations via the Portal.
