In accordance with Article 36.1.1 of the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan ‘on Public Procurements’ the Procurement Committee, by its decision of 18 August 2025, cancelled the open tender held by the Central Bank of the Republic of Azerbaijan for the procurement of recording devices, as fewer than three suppliers submitted bids.
