1. In accordance with the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan "On Public Procurement", the Central Bank of the Republic of Azerbaijan (90 R. Behbudov Street, Baku) is conducting an open tender for the purchase of surveillance camera and additional equipment for the Central Bank's administrative buildings.

2. The bids will be opened at 17.00, on 30 September 2025 over the single e-portal for public procurement (https://etender.gov.az/) (hereinafter – Portal).

3. Interested suppliers may obtain the tender terms and conditions for participation in the tender by paying the participation fee worth 60.72 (sixty manat seventy-two gapik) manat through the Portal in accordance with the Law.

The participation fee will be refunded upon request if the procurement is canceled and the procured items are not re-procured.

4. In order to be eligible for participation, suppliers shall submit their bids via the Portal by 17:00, 30 September 2025 along with the required documents.

5. Commencement of the procurement: from the date of signing the procurement agreement.

6. Delivery of the goods: The goods shall be delivered, installed and handed over by 22.12.2025 after the procurement agreement is signed.

7. Evaluation criteria: price factor.

8. Bidders may get all procurement related enquiries and explanations only via the Portal.

Partcipants of the tender can watch opening and evaluation of bids via the Portal.
