Pursuant to Article 36.1.1 of the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan "On Public Procurement", the quotation request held by the Central Bank of the Republic of Azerbaijan for purchasing a recording device was cancelled by the decision of the Procurement Committee dated 11 September 2025, due to the fact that the number of suppliers who submitted offers was less than three.
