1. In accordance with the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan "On Public Procurement", the Central Bank of the Republic of Azerbaijan (90 R. Behbudov Street, Baku) is conducting an open tender for the procurement of works for gasification of the boiler house building located in the Guba Recreation, Sports, Training and Education Complex located at the 4th kilometer of the Guba-Baku highway, Guba city.

2. The bids will be opened at 17.00, on 7 October 2025 over the single e-portal for public procurement (https://etender.gov.az/) (hereinafter – Portal).

3. Interested contractors may obtain the tender terms and conditions for participation in the tender by paying the participation fee worth AZN75.39 (seventy-five manat thirty-nine gapik) through the Portal in accordance with the Law.

The participation fee will be refunded upon request if the procurement is canceled and the procured items are not re-procured.

4. In order to be eligible for participation, contractors should submit their bids via the Portal by 17:00, 7 October 2025 along with the required documents.

5. Commencement of the procurement: from the date of signing the procurement agreement.

6. Delivery of the works: within 90 (ninety) business days.

7. Evaluation criteria: price factor.

8. Bidders may get all procurement related enquiries and explanations only via the Portal.

Partcipants of the tender can watch opening and evaluation of bids via the Portal.
