16 September 2025, Baku: The Central Bank’s Cash Office, which handles the exchange of currency unfit for circulation, sells commemorative coins, and responds to cash-related public inquiries, operates from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays in the bank’s administrative building located at 27 Bulbul Avenue in Baku.

However, the office will be closed on September 17 and 18, 2025, due to temporary traffic restrictions linked to the 2025 Formula 1 Azerbaijan Grand Prix.

Regular service will resume the following week at the same location.
