Request for proposals

1. In accordance with the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan "On Public Procurements", the Central Bank of the Republic of Azerbaijan is conducting a request for quotation (RFQ) for purchasing a vehicle cleaning service.

2. The quotations will be opened at 17.00, on 20 October 2025 over the single e-portal for public procurement (https://etender.gov.az/) (hereinafter – Portal).

3. In accordance with the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan “On Public Procurement”, micro, small and medium businesses may participate in the quotation request and only their quotations will be evaluated.

4. Interested contractors may obtain the RFQ terms and conditions for participation in the RFQ by paying the participation fee worth AZN11.10 (eleven manat ten gapik) through the Portal in accordance with the Law.

The participation fee will be refunded upon request if the procurement is canceled and the procured items are not re-procured.

5. In order to be eligible for participation, contractors should submit their quotations via the Portal by 17:00, 20 October 2025 along with the required documents.

6. Commencement of the procurement: from the date of signing the procurement agreement.

7. Delivery of the service: on the dates determined based on the orders of the procuring organization within 1 (one) year from the date of signing the procurement aggreement.

8. Evaluation criteria: price factor.

9. Contractors may get all procurement related enquiries and explanations only via the Portal.

Partcipants of the RFQ can watch opening and evaluation of quotations via the Portal.
