In accordance with Article 36.1.1 of the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan ‘on Public Procurements’ the Procurement Committee, by its Decision No 227 of 11 December 2025, cancelled the quotation request held by the Central Bank of the Republic of Azerbaijan for the procurement of fuel transportation service, as fewer than three suppliers submitted bids.
