The Procurement Committee with its decision of 21.11.2025 on the open tender for the procurement of postal (courier) services announced by the Central Bank of the Republic of Azerbaijan on 15.09.2025 over the Single Internet Portal of Public Procurements (https://www.etender.gov.az) announced Pegasus Limited Liability Company (TIN: 1300619871) the winner. Procurement Agreement No. 139/25 dated 11 December 2025, with a total value of AZN117.313,04 (one hundred and seventeen thousand and three hundred and thirteen manats and four gapiks), inclusive of taxes, and with an execution period of 1 (one) year, was signed with the winner.
