1. The Central Bank of the Republic of Azerbaijan (R.Behbudov Str.90, Baku) is conducting a quotation request for the procurement of fuel transportation service in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan on Public Procurement.

2. The bids will be opened at 17.00, on 9 January 2026 over the single e-portal for public procurement (https://etender.gov.az/) (hereinafter – Portal).

3. According to the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan on Public Procurement, the quotation request is open only to micro, small and medium-sized suppliers, and only their bids will be evaluated.

4. Interested suppliers may obtain the request for proposals by paying the participation fee worth AZN10,00 (ten) through the Portal under the legislation.

The participation fee will be refunded upon request if the procurement is canceled, and the procured items are not re-procured.

5. To be eligible, suppliers should submit their bids via the Portal by 17:00, 9 January 2026 along with the required documents.

6. Commencement of the procurement: from the date the procurement agreement is signed.

7. Supply of the service: on the dates determined based on the orders of the procuring institution, within a period of 1 (one) year from the date the procurement agreement is signed.

8. Evaluation criteria: price factor.

9. Suppliers may get all procurement related enquiries and explanations only via the Portal.

Tender participants can watch opening and evaluation of bids via the Portal.
