1. In accordance with the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan "On Public Procurement", the Central Bank of the Republic of Azerbaijan is holding an open tender for the purchase of spare parts for servers and computer and communication equipment.

2. The bids will be opened at 17.00, on 19 January 2026 over the single e-portal for public procurement (https://etender.gov.az/) (hereinafter – Portal).

3. Interested suppliers may obtain the tender terms and conditions for participation in the tender by paying the participation fee worth AZN108.89 (one hundred eight manat eighty-nine gapik) through the Portal in accordance with the Law.

The participation fee will be refunded upon request if the procurement is canceled and the procured items are not re-procured.

4. In order to be eligible for participation, suppliers should submit their bids via the Portal by 17:00, 19 January 2026 along with the required documents.

5. Commencement of the procurement: from the date of signing the procurement agreement.

6. Delivery of the goods: within 45 (forty-five) business days.

7. Evaluation criteria: price factor.

8. Bidders may get all procurement related enquiries and explanations only via the Portal.

Partcipants of the tender can watch opening and evaluation of bids via the Portal.
