Information on citizen reception by the Central Bank

11 February 2026, Baku: To improve the quality and accessibility of services provided to citizens, the Central Bank plans to organize citizen reception at ASAN service centers. This approach will increase accessibility for citizens and reduce time lost during the reception process.

Starting February 17, the Central Bank will begin accepting citizens at the following ASAN service centers in Baku:

• ASAN-2 (address: 23 November 8 Avenue, Baku)
• ASAN-5 (address: 115 Heydar Aliyev Avenue, Baku)

As of the aforementioned date, the Central Bank's administrative building at 27 Bulbul Avenue in Baku will be closed to the public.

 In addition to Baku, citizens are being received in the regions as well. Thus, citizen reception will continue at the following territorial offices of the Central Bank:

- Yevlakh city: 82 H. Aliyev Avenue

- Bilasuvar city: 2B H. Aliyev Street

- Nakhchivan city: 32 J. Mammadguluzade Street

The Central Bank also organizes mobile receptions throughout the year in various regions and cities of the republic.

The Central Bank intends to expand its reception of citizens, and relevant work is being carried out to this end.
