Central Bank’s citizen reception in Sumgayit is now more accessible

10 June 2026: The Central Bank continues to implement initiatives aimed at improving the quality and accessibility of services provided to citizens.

The Central Bank will expand its citizen reception services to Sumgayit beginning June 15, opening a new reception point at ASAN Service Center No. 2, located at 66 Bulvar Street. The move is part of the Central Bank’s ongoing efforts to improve access to public services and make it easier for citizens to submit inquiries and requests.

Since February 2026, the Central Bank has provided citizen reception services at the ASAN-2 (23 8 Noyabr Avenue, Baku) and ASAN-5 115 Heydar Aliyev Avenue, Baku) service centers in Baku.

Citizen reception services are also available at the Central Bank’s regional offices in Nakhchivan (ASAN Service Center, 7 Seyid Jafar Pishavari Street), Yevlakh (82 Heydar Aliyev Avenue) and Bilasuvar (2B Heydar Aliyev Street). In addition, the Central Bank conducts mobile reception sessions in cities and districts across the country throughout the year.
