The Tender Committee with its decision of 17 July 2019 deemed failed the four-lot open tender published in “Azərbaycan qəzeti” on 28.05.2019 and 14.06.2019 on the following lot under Article 11.1 of the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan on Public Procurements:
Lot 4: Procurement of universal protection and personal protective facilities that meet civil defense requirements in emergencies.
