Working Group on Financial Markets Development and Accesibility of Loans of the Commission on Business Environment and International Rankings holds next meeting

The next meeting of the Working Group on Financial Markets Development and Accesibility of Loans of the Commission on Business Environment and International Rankings was held on November 25, 2021, 15:00 through online platform “Webex”.

Topics consideration of the infrastructure and regulatory framework for the simplification of issuance procedures, consideration of the possibility of recognizing tax benefits for issuers whose shares are issued by public offering, improving the regulatory framework for soundness of the insurance market and its sustainability, financial literacy improvement actions regarding with enhancement of investment and improving literacy on insurance have been discussed in the meeting organized through online platform “Webex” due to COVID-19 global pandemic virus.

At the end of the meeting held in the format of mutual discussions, it has been decided to summarize the proposals on the issues highlighted during the meeting and submit to the Secretary of the Comission within the state-business dialogue through the working group.

Representatives of the Central Bank, the Ministry of Justice, the Ministry of Economy, the Ministry of Finance, Small and Medium Business Development Agency, Azerbaijan Banks Association, Azerbaijan Microfinance Association, Azerbaijan Insurers Association, “AZINSURANCE” OJSC,  “Atesgah Life” OJSC, “PASHA Insurance” OJSC, “PASHA Life Insurance” OJSC have participated at the meeting.
