Information on revoked insurance licenses

According to Article 107.1.1 of the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan on Insurance Activity (hereinafter the ‘Law’) the Management Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Azerbaijan with its decision of 24 December 2021 revoked the insurance agent licenses issued to 4 individuals (the list is attached hereto) based upon their voluntary appeal.

Furthermore, taking into account the fact that the license holders did not eliminate the circumstances that led to the suspension of their licenses within a specified period, according to Article 107.1.2 of the Law, the Management Board of the Central Bank of Azerbaijan with its decision of the same date revoked the insurance agent licenses issued to 47 individuals listed below (the list is attached).
