16 February 2024, Baku: The President of the Republic of Azerbaijan signed a Decree on 31 January 2024 on cancellation of Decree No. 1751 of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan ‘on the organization of activities of the State Insurance Commercial Company of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the ‘Azərsığorta’ Open Joint-Stock Company’ dated 16 July 2022.

Pursuant to the said Decree, the Management Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Azerbaijan with its decision of 14 February 2024 revoked License No 000270 issued to the State Insurance Commercial Company of the Republic of Azerbaijan on 14 October 2009.
