1. In accordance with the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan "On Public Procurement", the Central Bank of the Republic of Azerbaijan (90 R. Behbudov Str., Baku city) is holding an open tender for the purchase of computer, laptop, printer, network and other office equipment.
2. The bids will be opened at 17.00, on 4 April 2024 over the single e-portal for public procurement (https://etender.gov.az/) (hereinafter – Portal).
3. Interested suppliers may obtain the bidding documents for participation in the tender by paying the participation fee worth 450 (forty hundred fifty) manat through the Portal in accordance with law.
If the purchase is cancelled and the purchased items are not repurchased, the participation fee will be refunded upon the bidder’s request.
4. In order to be eligible for participation, bidders should submit their bids via the Portal by 17:00, 4 April 2024 along with the required documents.
5. Commencement of the procurement: from the date of signing the procurement agreement.
6. Term of delivery: the goods shall be delivered to the administrative building of the Central Bank located at 90 R. Behbudov Street, Baku within 60 (sixty) days from the date of signing the purchase agreement.
7. Evaluation criteria: price factor.
8. Bidders may get all procurement related enquiries and explanations only via the Portal.
Bidders can watch opening and evaluation of the bids via the Portal.
