Request for quotatıon

1. In accordance with the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan "On Public Procurement", the Central Bank of the Republic of Azerbaijan (90 R. Behbudov Str., Baku city) is holding a quotation request for the purchase of spare parts for server, computer and communication equipment and memory arrays for server equipment.

2. The quotes will be opened at 17.00, on 2 April 2024 over the single e-portal for public procurement (https://etender.gov.az/) (hereinafter – Portal).

3. In accordance with the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan “On Public Procurement”, micro and small businesses may participate in the quotation request and only their quotations will be evaluated.

4. Interested suppliers can obtain the conditions for participating in the quotation request by paying the participation fee of 186.65 (one hundred and eighty-six manat sixty-five gapik) manat through the portal in accordance with the law.

If the purchase is cancelled and the purchased items are not repurchased, the participation fee will be refunded upon the supplier’s request.

5. In order to be eligible for participation, suppliers should submit their quotes via the Portal by 17:00, 2 April 2024 along with the required documents.

6. Commencement: from the date of signing the purchase agreement.

7. Term of delivery: The goods should be delivered to the administrative building of the Central Bank located at 90 R. Behbudov Street, Baku, within 15 (fifteen) working days based on orders according to demand, within 1 (one) year from the date of signing the purchase agreement.

8. Evaluation criteria: price factor.

9. Suppliers may get all procurement related enquiries and explanations only via the Portal.

Suppliers can watch opening and evaluation of the quotes via the Portal.
