12-07-2024
12 July 2024, Baku: Measures are being taken to expand the opportunities for financial services consumers and investors to submit appeals to the Central Bank of the Republic of Azerbaijan, and to ensure the availability of information on appeals. As a result of the work carried out, the citizens have been offered the opportunity to monitor the fulfillment status of the appeals they have addressed to the Central Bank in paper carriers, either directly or from other institutions. Thus, the applicants will be able to enter the PIN of an ID card through the box "My other applications" created on the website contact.e-cbar.az, and thereby track the fulfillment status of their appeals. In order to track the status of the appeals, it is necessary to mention the PIN in the appeals.
It should be noted that when applying through the website contact.e-cbar.az, notifications about the fulfillment of the appeal are automatically sent to the specified mobile phone number, and information about the final status of the appeal, confirmed with a strengthened electronic signature, is automatically sent by e-mail. It is also possible to track the status of the appeal in the personal cabinet.
To note, financial service consumers and investors may address their appeals to the Central Bank as follows:
- via the 966 hotline
- by letter mail to the postal address
- by applying online at e-cbar.az
- by visiting the Central Bank's administrative building and regional centers and submitting a written appeal at the reception desk
- by direct application on paper carrier
However, in accordance with the Decree of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan on declaring 2024 as the "Green World Solidarity Year", with the aim of reducing the use of paper carriers in order to improve the environment, restore and increase greenery in our country, we recommend financial services consumers and investors to contact the Central Bank using the page contact.e-cbar.az.
For further questions, you can contact the Central Bank on 966 hotline.
