Request for quotation

1. In accordance with the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan ‘on Public Procurements’, the Central Bank of the Republic of Azerbaijan is conducting a request for quotation (RFQ) for the purchase of clothes.
2. Bids will be opened at 17.00, on 4 September 2024 over the single e-portal for public procurements (https://etender.gov.az/) (hereinafter – the Portal).
3. In accordance with the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan ‘on Public Procurements’, micro and small-sized businesses may participate in the quotation request and only their quotations will be evaluated.
4. Interested bidders may obtain the Request for Proposals for participation in the RFQ by paying the participation fee worth 45.55 (forty-five and fifty-five) manats through the Portal in accordance with the Law.

The participation fee will be refunded upon the bidder's request if the procurement is cancelled, and the items are not reprocured. 

5. To be eligible for participation, bidders should submit their quotations via the Portal by 17:00, 4 September 2024 attached with the required documents.
6. Commencement of the procurement: from the date of signing the procurement agreement.
7. Delivery of goods: within 50 (fifty) days from the date of signing the procurement agreement.
8. Evaluation criteria: price factor.
9. Bidders may get all procurement related enquiries and explanations only via the Portal.

Participants can watch opening and evaluation of quotations via the Portal.
