Central Bank's Financial Stability Report for H1 2024 published

Baku, September 26, 2024: The Central Bank of the Republic of Azerbaijan aims to raise awareness in the direction of formation of correct economic expectations in the society through communication channels. One of the important initiatives implemented in this direction is the presentation of the Financial Stability Report to the general public twice a year.

The report analyzed the global economic conditions, the macroeconomic environment in which local financial institutions operate, assessed the state of the banking system, its risks, and its resilience to external shocks. It also included analyses of non-bank credit organizations, the insurance system, and capital markets.

The Financial Stability Report is published periodically in an electronic version on the official website of the Central Bank, taking into account the most appropriate international practices.
