Request for quotatıons

1. In accordance with the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan "On Public Procurement", the Central Bank of the Republic of Azerbaijan (90 R. Behbudov Str., Baku city) is holding a quotation request for the procurement of licenses (Microsoft Power BI) for data analysis and visualization.
2. The quotations will be opened at 00, on 5 November 2024 over the single e-portal for public procurement (https://etender.gov.az/) (hereinafter – Portal).
3. Interested suppliers may obtain the terms and conditions for participation in the quotation request by paying the participation fee worth 48 (thirty-eight manat fourty-eight gapik) manat through the Portal in accordance with law.

The participation fee will be refunded upon the supplier's request if the procurement is cancelled and the procured items are not reprocured.

4. In order to be eligible for participation, suppliers should submit their quotations via the Portal by 17:00 on 5 November 2024 along with the required documents.
5. Commencement of the procurement: from the date of signing the procurement agreement.
6. Term of delivery of the goods: within 15 (fifty) days from the signing of the procurement agreement.
7. Evaluation criteria: price factor.
8. Suppliers may get all procurement related enquiries and explanations only via the Portal.

Suppliers can watch opening and evaluation of the quotations via the Portal.
