Request for quotation

- In accordance with the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan "On Public Procurements", the Central Bank of the Republic of Azerbaijan is conducting a request for quotation (RFQ) for the purchase of various types of clothing.
- The quotations will be opened at 00, on 28 July 2025 over the single e-portal for public procurement (https://etender.gov.az/) (hereinafter – Portal).
- In accordance with the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan “On Public Procurement”, micro and small businesses may participate in the quotation request and only their quotations will be evaluated.
- Interested suppliers may obtain the RFQ terms and conditions for participation in the RFQ by paying the participation fee worth 90 (thirty-four manat ninety gapik) manat through the Portal in accordance with the Law.
The participation fee will be refunded upon request if the procurement is canceled and the procured items are not re-procured.
- In order to be eligible for participation, suppliers should submit their quotations via the Portal by 17:00, 28 July 2025 along with the required documents.
- Commencement of the procurement: from the date of signing the procurement agreement.
- Delivery of the goods: within 50 (fifty) business days from the date of signing the procurement agreement.
- Evaluation criteria: price factor.
- Suppliers may get all procurement related enquiries and explanations only via the Portal.
Partcipants of the RFQ can watch opening and evaluation of quotations via the Portal.
